What I now know because I went through the Self Love Lab: I am strong, my soul is strong, and my soul is happy that I'm finally learning to in love and accept myself. I can love me and not rely on others to help me feel confident and capable and okay. That is a whole new concept to me. I have looked outside of myself for decades and I now understand that it all comes from me. This helps me to be more accepting to others, because I'm not looking for them to validate me. I can look at them and love them for who they are. They can share their soul with mine and I'm not like looking for validation the whole time. This is so freeing and it's changed my relationships with others. The tools that you have given us have just been life altering!

It was really nice to be able to work with other people. I think that's one of the great benefits of having The Self Love Lab and having other people, like you've said, "sharing ignite's insight." I've learned so much from everybody else. It’s helped bring things up to help me learn and grow that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. I'm really grateful for having everyone else and for having the support and the encouragement from everyone. Being part of The Self Love Lab has been an amazing experience. Working on the nervous system and learning how to regulate, which I'm really grateful for, has been such a change for me, such an opening to allow other growth to happen, I'm excited to continue down this journey. Thought work and being able to regulate our nervous system are the two keys to open the door to growth - to be the person that I truly am, to finding me.
